Broadwater cottage overlooks the garden with the raised beds. It has 1 bedroom, wet room, lounge dining area and underfloor heating.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob, and oven. It has an electric sink and hob riser, designed by Adam Thomas from Design Matters.The floor is strip wood effect vinyl, all sockets and light fittings are easy access height.

It also benefits from having a sofa bed in the living area. There is free WIFI, tv, hi fi, and hairdryer. Beds can be twin or zip & link for a king size double. Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a laundry room for your use, or a 24 hour laundry service.
