Smiths cottage overlooks the woodland area. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a connecting door to the shower room and another galleried bedroom.

The shower room can also be accessed from the hall. There is a lounge dining area, the kitchen which is fully fitted has, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. The floor is wood effect vinyl and benefits from underfloor heating. All light fittings and sockets are easily accessed.

There is free WIFI, TV, hi fi, and hairdryer. It also benefits from having a sofa bed in the living area. All beds can be twin or zip & link for a double.

If needed a voyager ceiling hoist can be made available.

Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a laundry room for your use, or if you prefer a 24 hour laundry service.

Prices

• £600.00 per week for up to 4 guests
• £525.00 per week monthly rate
• £650.00 Christmas & New Year
• £130.00 per night minimum 3 nights when available between weekly bookings 
• £25.00 Dogs per week or short stay
