One Bedroom Holiday Cottages
We have two 1 bedroom contemporary cottages, Acomb and Broadwater Cottages.
Each cottage has a large comfortable sofa bed in the living area and the furniture can be arranged to suit your tastes so that you feel completely at home.
Both cottages have been designed with the needs of wheelchair users in mind and are fully accessible. Shower rooms have non-slip floors, wheel-in showers and self propelled shower chair if needed. A wheelchair, hearing loop and walking frame are also available.
The kitchen of Broadwater Cottage has been designed for disabled people by Adam Thomas of Access Matters and there is an electric sink and hob riser giving wheelchair users complete independence.
The high ceilings with skylights and French windows give a wonderful sense of space and really give the feeling of bringing the outdoors inside.
All cottages have a flat screen TV, DVD player, hi fi and broadband internet access.
Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a laundry room for your use, or if you prefer a 24 hour laundry service.
